The CMA Dish Machines H-1X Fill and Dump Dishwasher with Dispenser is a high-performance commercial undercounter dish machine, proudly made in America with durable stainless steel construction. Designed for high-temp operation, it delivers a rinse temperature between 180°F to 195°F and maintains a wash temperature of 155°F to 160°F, ensuring thorough sanitation.

Ideal for compact kitchens, this undercounter unit features a unique Dump & Fill cycle that automatically drains dirty water and refills with clean water, along with CMA’s Safe-T-Temp feature to guarantee proper sanitizing temperatures. It includes a booster heater (5 kW / 5.5 kW), wash heater (2 kW / 2.2 kW), and is powered by a 1 HP motor, running on 208/240V, 60 Hz, 1 Phase, drawing 22–24 amps.

The H-1X can process up to 24 racks per hour, with each cycle lasting 150 seconds (90 seconds wash + 15 seconds rinse + 45 seconds dwell). It uses 1.4 gallons of water per rack, and includes one peg rack and chemical dispenser. The unit supports dishes up to 14.5" in height with an access door clearance of 14.25".

With dimensions of 23.87" W x 25" D x 33.5" H, this compact fill and dump dishwasher with dispenser fits easily under standard counters. It requires a 3/4" water inlet, 0.75" drain, flow pressure between 25–60 psi, and a minimum incoming water temperature of 110°F.
