The American Dish Service 211-0044.0470 Conveyor Dishwasher is a robust, high-temperature commercial dishwasher. Proudly made in America, it features a corrosion-resistant heavy-duty stainless steel body and is designed for long-lasting, reliable use. Operating at a conveyor speed of 6.8 feet per minute, this conveyor-type dishwasher cleans up to 244 racks per hour using a powerful 3 HP wash pump, a 1/3 HP rinse pump, and a 1/3 HP conveyor motor.

It delivers a 160°F wash and a 180°F final rinse. The 11-gallon wash tank is heated by a 12 kW heater, and polymer rinse jets ensure consistent rinsing. It consumes only 0.49 gallons per rack, promoting water-efficient operation. A 2-stage strainer system prevents pump clogs, while the slip clutch conveyor protects racks from damage. Its smart design includes autofill, auto shut-off, a dual rinsing system, and no circuit boards for simplified maintenance.

With a footprint of 64" W x 30" D x 81.25" H (with control box), this unit supports rack sizes of 19.75" x 19.75" and allows 15" x 24.5" access door clearance. The conveyor moves left to right and provides a 44-inch table-to-table width. Electrical requirements include 240V, 60 amps, 3-phase power, and 6-gauge wire + 1 ground. It requires a 3/4" FPT water inlet, a 2" drain, and must be professionally installed per code-compliant plumbing and electrical standards.
