Designed for undercounter installation, the CMA Dishmachine UC50e handles up to 30 racks per hour with a single 20" x 20" rack, completing a full cycle in just 120 seconds—including a 100-second wash, 5-second dwell, and a 15-second rinse. This unit fits dishes up to 13 inches in height and uses only 0.8 gallons of water per rack, making it both efficient and eco-conscious. 

It features a wash temperature range of 155°F to 160°F and a rinse temperature range of 180°F to 195°F, powered by a 6 kW / 6.53 kW booster heater and a 2.7 kW / 2.94 kW wash heater for consistent, sanitary results. It comes equipped with a pump drain, door and water level safety switches, and operates on 208/240V, 27/30 amps, 1 phase, with a ¾ HP motor for powerful washing performance.

The UC50e measures 23.43" W x 24" D x 33.31" H. It includes a ¾-inch water inlet, 1-inch drain size, and operates best with 24 psi flow pressure.
