It runs on a 1650 W, 3-phase, 220 V, 60 Hz power supply with a 7.5 A hardwired connection. Its dual-motor design separately drives the spiral arm and bowl, operating at 131/262 RPM across 2 speeds with gearless variation. This ensures optimal mixing and improved dough hydration through a hydraulic downward blending mechanism.

The mixer includes automatic mixing time control, dual 30-minute timers, and a safety system that only operates when the guard is engaged. Reverse-rotating synchronization and cooler dough handling help achieve better texture and higher volume.

Dimensions are 20 in W x 33 in D x 38 in H. It comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
