A 3/8 HP motor delivers steady performance, while the temperature range of -10°F to 0°F supports frozen food holding for restaurant operations.

The freezer chef base includes two drawers with space for three full-size food pans at a 6 in pan depth. Each drawer provides direct access for prep efficiency, and the marine edge top with a 788 lb load rating supports countertop equipment.
