This commercial chef base runs on 115 V and uses a 1/4 HP front-breathing, side-mounted compressor for steady cooling. It draws 3.2 amps and operates on 60 Hz, 1-phase power. It maintains temperatures from 33°F to 38°F with self-contained refrigeration using eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit has 2 drawers, each holding 6" deep full-size pans, and includes a flat top that supports up to 788 lbs. of equipment.

Its polyurethane insulation keeps cold air sealed inside. This unit is freestanding and features a self-cleaning condenser and anti-corrosion-coated evaporator for long-lasting use. It includes four 4" swivel casters for easy movement, with strong construction for stability.
