The BakeMax BMDDD04 electric four deck oven is a two-pan-wide modular oven that can totally hold eight 18" x 26" full-size pans. Its stainless steel exterior has large tempered glass that provides a clear baking view. Rock wool fully insulates its high-grade steel chambers (38.1" W x 31" D x 7" H) to prevent heat loss. The separate decks are easy to add or remove for varying business needs. Each deck has user-friendly controls and an LED display.

This floor model gives a maximum baking temperature of 600˚F. Sensitive K-type thermocouple sensors allow exact temperature readings. It has top and bottom heating elements for proper heat distribution. The digital thermostats offer precise adjustments for optimal heating. Its stone hearth ensures a crispier bottom crust and a golden-brown finish.

This 55.5" (W) x 42.5" (D) x 83" (H) oven functions effectively at 220V/60 Hz/3-phase/69 amps electricity using a hardwired plug. The compartment steam generator recycles upward heat without consuming much power. It has 99-minute digital timers with alarm for precise time measurement. This deck oven includes moisture control dampers for proper airflow and weighs 2161 pounds. It includes a 1-year limited parts and labor warranty. Made in Taiwan, it has QPS and CE approvals.
