The BakeMax deck oven is a floor-model electric deck oven designed for bakeries, restaurants, and foodservice operators managing focused baking tasks in commercial kitchens. Its single-deck configuration supports controlled baking where precise temperature management is required.
This oven features one deck with digital controls, digital temperature control, and 99-minute digital timers for monitored baking cycles. LED displays, LED indicators, and sensitive K-type thermocouple sensors support temperature visibility during food preparation.
Constructed from stainless steel with a silver finish, the oven includes adjustable doors, a large tempered glass window, and interior lighting for viewing baked items during operation. The baking chamber measures 30" (W) x 21" (D) x 7" (H) and accommodates one full-size sheet pan measuring 18 x 26 inches.
The oven measures 34.5" (L) x 47" (W) x 52" (H) and operates on 220 V, 60 Hz, 3-phase electric power at 4 kW and 16 amps.
