The BakeMax deck oven is a floor-model electric deck oven designed for bakeries, restaurants, and foodservice operators managing multi-level baking in commercial kitchens. Its four-deck configuration supports structured baking workflows where multiple baking stages are required.
This oven includes four decks with digital controls, digital temperature control, and 99-minute digital timers for monitored baking cycles. LED displays, LED indicators, and sensitive K-type thermocouple sensors support temperature visibility during food preparation.
Constructed from stainless steel with a silver finish, the oven features adjustable doors, large tempered glass windows, and interior lighting for viewing baked items during operation. The baking chambers measure 30" (W) x 21" (D) x 7" (H) and accommodate four full-size sheet pans measuring 18 x 26 inches.
The oven measures 34.5" (L) x 47" (W) x 83" (H) and operates on 220 V, 60 Hz, 3-phase electric power at 16 kW and 40 amps.
