The Ice-O-Matic GEM1306R is a high-performance, remote-cooled nugget ice machine head designed for commercial use in healthcare, hospitality, and chewable ice is in high demand. Built with a durable stainless steel exterior, this unit combines heavy-duty performance with energy-efficient operation.
Capable of producing up to 1,350 lb of nugget ice per day, the GEM1306R operates on 208/230V, 1 Phase power with an energy consumption rate of 4 kWh per 100 lb of ice. It uses approximately 12 gallons of potable water per 100 lb, and supports a maximum fuse size of 20 A. The included components evaporator, auger, roller bearings, and gearbox are built for long-term reliability and consistent output.
Measuring 21" W x 24" D x 27" H, the unit is compact enough for tight commercial kitchen setups yet powerful enough for high-demand applications. It has a ¾" drain size, a 3/8" water inlet, and operates efficiently within ambient temperatures of 50°F to 100°F. Heat rejection is rated at 11,845 BTU/hr, and it accommodates remote condenser temperatures between -20°F and 120°F.
