Its air-cooled, self-contained condenser with R404A refrigerant delivers steady cooling performance with 5100 BTU per hour output. The BPA-free plastic food zone and Agion® antimicrobial protection help maintain hygiene, while the one-touch sanitization and descaling feature make cleaning simple. The Smart LED cleaning alert indicator reminds users when maintenance is needed.
This commercial ice machine uses 18 gallons of water and 5.0 kWh per 100 lb of ice, balancing energy and water efficiency.
