The BakeMax deck oven is a floor-model electric deck oven designed for bakeries, restaurants, and foodservice operators handling high-volume baking in commercial kitchens. Its triple-deck configuration supports layered baking operations where multiple batches are prepared simultaneously.

This oven includes three decks with digital controls, digital temperature control, and 99-minute digital timers for monitored baking cycles. LED displays, LED indicators, and sensitive K-type thermocouple sensors support temperature visibility during commercial food preparation.

Constructed from stainless steel with a silver finish, the oven features adjustable doors, large tempered glass windows, and interior lighting for viewing baked items during operation. The baking chambers measure 38.1" (W) x 31" (D) x 7" (H) and accommodate six full-size sheet pans measuring 18 x 26 inches.

The oven measures 55.5" (W) x 42.5" (D) x 73" (H) and operates on 220 V, 60 Hz, 3-phase electric power at 18 kW and 55 amps. It includes heavy-duty legs with lockable casters, four casters, and an on-off rocker switch for each deck. It includes a 1-year limited warranty parts & labor by the manufacturer.
