Product Overview

The BakeMax BAS36O 36" Gas Range with Standard Oven is a compact yet high-performance cooking solution, ideal for commercial kitchens that need both durability and cooking power. Constructed from stainless steel with a sleek silver finish, it offers long-lasting performance and a professional look.

This unit features 6 open burners, each producing 25,000 BTU, supported by manual controls, burner grates, and aluminum knobs for easy handling. With a total output of 185,000 BTU, it’s built to handle multiple dishes at once, making it suitable for fast-paced foodservice operations.

The lower section houses a single standard oven with 3 shelf positions, a 1/8" diameter rack, and a heating range of 210°F to 550°F. The oven operates at 35,000 BTU, with orifice sizes of #33 (NG) and #51 (LP). The burners use orifice sizes of #40 (NG) and #53 (LP). It fits standard kitchen connections with a 1/3-inch gas inlet and runs on natural gas or liquid propane.
