Product Overview

The BakeMax gas range is a floor-model Restaurant Series commercial gas range designed for chefs and foodservice operators handling daily cooking in commercial kitchens. This 24-inch configuration combines open burners with a standard oven base for coordinated stovetop and baking tasks.

The range includes four star pattern open burners, each rated at 25,000 BTU per hour, for a total burner output of 100,000 BTU. Burners are made of cast iron and paired with 12 x 12 inch cast iron grates. Heat is managed using thermostat/manual controls with a pilot light valve.

The base features one standard oven rated at 30,000 BTU, with a temperature range of 150 to 500°F. The oven has a porcelain/enameled interior, three shelf positions, two rack positions, and includes one chrome rack. A matchless push button ignition is specified for the oven pilot.

Constructed of 430 stainless steel with a silver finish, this range measures 35"L x 24"W x 62.5"H and includes 6" adjustable stainless steel pipe legs. It supports natural gas or liquid propane and comes with a pressure regulator and LP conversion kit. Features a full-oven safety shut-off and includes a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty on parts and labor.
