Fetco HWD-2105TOD Low-Volume Plumbed Hot Water Dispenser, 4 Gallon, 120V

The Fetco HWD-2105TOD Plumbed Hot Water Dispenser is designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants, cafés, and HORECA operations requiring a low-volume hot water dispensing system. It has a 4 gal capacity and operates on electric power at 120 V with a 1-phase configuration.

Constructed from stainless steel with a silver and black finish, the dispenser features a high-resolution display, soft silicone tap, convenient float indicator, SD card slot, and TOD (Temperature on Demand). It has a 1/4-inch water inlet, a 1 1/2 gpm minimum flow rate, and requires 40-75 psig water pressure.

The unit uses a 1 x 1.44 kW heater configuration and 2+G wires. It operates at 1.5 kW with a listed current of 12 A and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug. It operates at 50 or 60 Hz, with a temperature range of 158°F-203°F and a specified flow rate of 5 gal/hour based on 65°F-70°F.
