The Cadco VariKwik VK-120-SS Countertop High-Speed Oven is engineered for fast cooking, baking, and reheating a variety of foods in commercial kitchens. With a 0.7 cu. ft. capacity, it operates on 120 V, 1 phase, 1650 W, drawing 13.75 amps.
This high speed oven entry-level rapid cook oven features an adjustable thermostat, reaching up to 500°F, and offers easy temperature control via its 7” touchscreen. The cooking chamber is 14 3/4" W x 11" D x 7 1/2" H and offers a 14" x 10"—sized cooking surface, ideal for cradling a 10" pizza.
It measures 24" W x 23 3/4" D x 12 1/2" H, weighs 77 lb, and is USA-made. It comes with a 2-year limited carry-in warranty. It features some of the most significant ones like 1 glass bottom-hinged door, 1 anodized non-stick CrisPlate™ cooking plate, 2 height slots for cooking plate, large spatula, LED lighting, and NEMA 5-20P plug.
