Product Overview
The Midea 1817G1A Commercial Microwave Oven is a heavy-duty commercial microwave designed for busy kitchens. Made with a stainless steel body and interior, this silver microwave has a 0.6 cubic foot capacity and fits a 12" platter. It delivers 1800 watts of cooking power, runs on 208/230V, 18 amps, 60 Hz, and uses a NEMA 6-20P plug with a 5 ft power cord. The unit is electric, uses 1 phase, and features a no-turnable design for easier cleaning.
This commercial microwave offers 11 power levels, 3-stage cooking, and 100 programmable settings, controlled through a membrane touch panel. It includes express cook, time-entry option, defrost by time, and X3 multiple portion setting. It uses a top and bottom energy feed with a double rotating antenna for even cooking.
The oven has LED lighting, an LED display, a 90° stay-open door with a handle, a splatter shield, and magnetron protection. It's also Braille-accessible and gives a cooking end signal. Outside, the product measures 16.5" W x 22.12" D x 13.37" H. The door opens out to 36.06", and the unit is stackable up to two units. The maximum cook time is 60 minutes.
The microwave is cULus listed and ETL Sanitation certified. It includes a filter board and comes with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor, and a 3-year warranty on the magnetron.
