It operates on natural gas or liquid propane and features a smooth stainless steel plate for flat-top cooking tasks.
This gas griddle includes two U-shaped steel burners delivering a total output of 60,000 BTU, with 30,000 BTU per burner. Manual controls with zinc alloy chrome-coated knobs allow direct burner adjustment during service.
The unit is built with stainless steel and galvanized steel in a silver finish and installs as a countertop appliance. It measures 23.8" (W) x 25.2" (D) x 15.4" (H) and includes adjustable heavy-duty stainless steel legs for placement.
