Product Overview
The Cadco PCG-10C Electric Countertop Griddle is intended for general-purpose, light-duty cooking in commercial applications. It has a 120 V, 1-phase, 1500 W rating and uses 12.5 amps.
With its temperature-adjustable thermostat, the electric griddles provides exact temperature control up to a high setting of 400°F. The 252 sq. in. cast iron cooking surface is large enough to accommodate numerous tasks of cooking. The griddle has a high-tech, non-stick commercial cooking surface in charcoal grey that provides ease of cooking and cleaning.
With solid feet to stand on and a NEMA 5-15P plug for everyday use, the griddle is 29" W x 12 1/2" D x 5 1/2" H and weighs 14 lb. Produced in the USA, it strikes a balance between durability and efficiency.
