The Cookline gas donut fryer is a single-pot, flat bottom open pot fryer designed for commercial kitchens producing donuts, funnel cakes, and other fried dough items at volume. Built from stainless steel with a silver finish, it suits donut shops, food service operations, and restaurant kitchens that require consistent high-output frying.

The unit runs on natural gas and delivers a total output of 90,000 BTU across its cast iron tube and vertical burner assembly, rated at 30,000 BTU per burner. The intuitive millivolt controls allow manual temperature adjustment across a range of 200°F to 400°F, with a maximum rated temperature of 450°F, giving kitchen staff direct, straightforward control over frying conditions. The 3/4" gas inlet connects to a standard natural gas supply and is field convertible to liquid propane using a separately sold conversion kit.

The fryer holds 125 pounds of oil in its single flat bottom pot, accommodating batch frying of donuts and funnel cakes. One fry basket is included.
