Driven by a robust configuration of 3 HP wash, 1.5 HP scrap, and 1/3 HP rinse and conveyor power, it operates with a conveyor speed of 6.8 feet per minute. The 18 kW wash tank heater maintains a 140°F wash temperature, followed by a 120°F rinse using 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer, delivered via polymer rinse jets. The unit includes autofill, auto shut-off, and slip clutch conveyor protection for seamless operation and rack safety.

The unit measures 86" W x 34.5" D and has a height of 81.25" (with control box). It requires a 72″ straight exit table and professional installation. A 15" x 24.5" access door allows quick service access.
