Equipped with two ovens, each delivering 35,000 BTU, the range offers powerful and consistent baking, roasting, or reheating across a wide temperature range of 175°F to 500°F. Both ovens are fitted with two racks, maximizing cooking capacity, while manual controls give chefs precise adjustments for consistent results in busy service conditions.
