Vulcan 1TR45AF Gas Fryer, 50 lb Vat, Floor Model, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan POWERFRY3 15.5 inch Commercial Gas Fryer is a freestanding, liquid propane unit built for restaurant and commercial kitchen use. It combines a single fry pot with a 14 inch by 14 inch cooking area, giving operators a compact footprint for fried food production.

The stainless steel tank and silver stainless steel exterior support daily food handling. A 50 pound oil capacity and a temperature range of 150°F to 390°F allow the fryer to handle a variety of fried items. The solid state control type provides straightforward temperature management, while the threepass heat transfer system supports heat distribution across the cooking area.

This freestanding gas fryer delivers 70000 BTU and uses electronic matchless ignition. It includes two fryer baskets, a full port ball type drain valve with a 1.25 inch drain, and a Kleenscreen Plus mesh screen filter, 2-sided. Four adjustable casters, two of which lock, allow the unit to be moved for cleaning and then secured in place. Safety features include a hi-limit shut-off and a dry-fire safety prevention sequence (A/C Controls).

The Vulcan POWERFRY3 Commercial Gas Fryer is CSA Design Certified, NSF Listed, and Energy Star Certified. It includes a 10-year warranty by the manufacturer. Clearance requirements are 6 inches on sides and rear, and 16 inches from adjacent open-top burner units. The shipping weight is 196 pounds.
