Vulcan 1GR35M Gas Fryer, 40 lb Vat, Floor Model, Natural Gas

The Vulcan 1GR Series 15.5 inch Commercial Gas Fryer is a freestanding, natural gas fryer built for restaurant and commercial kitchen use. It holds 40 pounds of oil in a single stainless steel fry pot and delivers up to 90,000 BTU for high-volume frying.

The thermostatic control maintains temperatures from 200°F to 400°F, and the 14 inch by 14 inch cooking area provides a defined frying surface. A full port ball type drain valve with a 1.25 inch drain supports routine oil changes, while the included crumb scoop and clean-out rod help with daily maintenance.

The fryer measures 15.5 inches wide, 30.25 inches deep, and 47.12 inches high, and it ships at 215 pounds. It stands on four adjustable casters, two of which lock, so the unit can be moved for cleaning and then secured in place. The stainless steel tank and silver stainless steel body support food handling and cleaning routines in a commercial kitchen.

Safety features include a hi-limit shut-off and a combination gas shut-off valve and pilot safety system. The fryer is CSA Design Certified and NSF Listed. It includes a one Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty by the manufacturer.
