The Standard Range single-pot commercial gas fryer is built for restaurants, diners, and food service operations that need consistent, high-output frying in a compact footprint. Running on natural gas, it delivers a total output of 120,000 BTU across four tube-style burners, making it a reliable choice for high-volume frying on a commercial kitchen line.

The fryer holds up to 50 lb of oil in a single fry pot and operates across a temperature range of 180°F to 375°F, managed through a digital solid-state control system. The melt cycle switch allows cold or solid shortening to be melted gradually before full frying begins, protecting the oil and the equipment. Two nickel-plated fry baskets are included, along with a cleaning kit comprising a brush, scoop, and clean-out rod.

The tank is fully peened for straightforward cleaning, and a large cold zone beneath the active heating area collects food particles away from the burners to extend oil life between changes. A 1-1/4" full port drain valve with an attached drain pipe holder inside the door makes oil disposal and cleaning more manageable during daily operations.
