The Vulcan CORE SERIES 72" Cheese Melter is a wall-mounted gas unit built for commercial kitchens that need consistent melting and finishing across a wide cooking line. With a 72-inch width, it suits restaurant operations where items such as sandwiches, nachos, and gratins move through in volume.

Two infrared burners rated at 30,000 BTU each deliver a total of 60,000 BTU, and the manual control type lets staff adjust heat directly. The unit runs on natural gas with a 3/4" NPT connection and a 5.0" W.C. inlet pressure, and a propane conversion kit is included for sites that need it.

The interior measures 70.20 inches wide by 15.06 inches deep by 9.97 inches high and is finished in stainless steel, matching the silver stainless steel exterior. A chrome-plated grid rack sits on a 3-position rack guide, and removable full-width spillage pans catch drips for easier cleaning between services.

Wall mounting brackets and a gas pressure regulator ship with the unit.
