The Vulcan 36" Core Series Cheese Melter is a countertop or wall-mounted electric unit built for commercial kitchens that need consistent melting and finishing. The interior measures 31" W x 14.25" D x 9.5" H and is lined in stainless steel, providing a dedicated space for cheese, toppings, and finishing work. A single rack, 30" wide by 13.5" deep, holds items at the correct height, while 1" top insulation helps retain heat. Snap-in quartz heaters and a solid state control with one setting give operators straightforward command over the melting process.

Powered by 240V, 60 Hz, single-phase electric service at 15 amps and 3.6 kW, the unit uses a fan-cooled electrical compartment to protect components from heat. It stands on 4" adjustable legs for level placement on countertops, or it can be wall-mounted to free up work space.
