The Vulcan 27" Cheese Melter from the Core Series is a countertop or wall mount electric unit built for commercial kitchens that need fast, consistent melting and finishing. It suits restaurant lines, cafes, and foodservice operations where cheese, toppings, and small plates are finished to order.

The stainless steel body and interior measure 27" wide, 17.12" deep, and 19.25" high, with an interior space of 21" wide, 14.25" deep, and 9.5" high. A single rack measuring 20" wide by 13.5" deep holds product during melting, and the silver finish fits standard stainless kitchen equipment.

Adjustable 4" legs allow level placement on a counter.
