The Garland 72" Gas Cheese Melter is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need consistent melting and finishing across a wide cooking surface. Part of the Range Cuisine Series, it suits restaurant lines, hotel kitchens, and food service operations where cheese dishes, gratins, and topped items are prepared in volume.

This gas cheese melter uses infrared burners with a control valve, giving operators direct control over heat output for melting, browning, and finishing. The 72 inch width, 17 5/8 inch depth, and 18 3/4 inch height provide a broad working area while keeping a compact countertop footprint. The exterior and interior are stainless steel, and the unit ships in a silver finish.

The melter connects to natural gas through a 3/4 inch N.P.T. gas connection and is designed for countertop installation. A removable, chrome-plated wire rack is included for holding items under the infrared burners. The unit is NSF Certified, CSA Certified, and CSA Design Certified, and it is sold as 1/Each. It includes a one year parts and labor by the manufacturer.
