Garland IRCMA-72 72" Gas Cheese Melter, Infrared Burner, Liquid Propane

The Garland 72" Gas Cheese Melter is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need consistent melting and finishing across a wide cooking surface. Part of the Range Cuisine Series, it uses infrared burners and a control valve to manage heat output during service.

The unit measures 72 inches wide, 17 5/8 inches deep, and 18 3/4 inches high, giving restaurants a broad footprint for finishing multiple portions at once. Its stainless steel exterior and interior support routine cleaning and durability in daily food handling. A removable, chrome-plated wire rack comes included for placing items under the heat source.

This gas cheese melter runs on liquid propane and connects through a 3/4" N.P.T. gas connection. The silver finish and countertop installation type allow it to sit on an existing work surface without a dedicated floor space. It is NSF Certified, CSA Certified, and CSA Design Certified for commercial foodservice use.

It includes a one year parts and labor by the manufacturer. Each selling unit is 1/Each, and the unit is manufactured in Canada.
