The Manitowoc SYT3000W S-Series is an ice machine head without a storage bin. It is made up of stainless steel. It comes in a sleek silver finish and compact design. It operates on 208/230 V, 3 phase, 60 Hz and draws 30 amps. It produces half-dice cube ice and is perfect for busy kitchens needing reliable, consistent ice output. The Manitowoc SYT3000W S-Series measures 48" W x 31" D x 36" H and connects with a 1/2” water inlet. It uses R-410A refrigerant and delivers strong, efficient ice production with a peak BTU output of 51,000 and an average of 45,000 BTU/hr.

It features a water-cooled condenser, Quadzilla Evaporator System, and AlphaSan antimicrobial protection for clean, dependable performance. It operates in ambient temps from 40°F to 110°F and water temps from 40°F to 90°F and uses 3.72 kWh per 100 lbs of ice. Using 21 gallons of potable water and 140 gallons of condenser water per 100 lbs of ice, it supports water pressures from 20-80 psi (potable) and 20-250 psi (condenser).
