The Manitowoc IYT0750W Indigo NXT is a water-cooled ice machine head without a storage bin, designed for demanding commercial applications. Built with a durable stainless steel DuraTech™ exterior, this unit features a sleek silver finish, a compact 30" width, and is made in America.
It produces 740 lbs of half-dice cubes every 24 hours, with each cube measuring precisely 3/8" W x 1 1/8" D x 7/8" H. The machine operates on 208/230 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz, and draws 7.9 amps, protected by a 15 A maximum fuse. It connects via a 3/8" water inlet and a 1/2" drain. This model uses R-410A refrigerant and includes a water-cooled condenser. Cooling performance is rated at 13,700 BTU/hr (peak) and 12,800 BTU/hr (average).
It consumes 3.79 kWh per 100 lbs of ice and 19 gallons of potable water, supporting potable water pressures from 20 to 80 psi, and condenser pressures from 20 to 276 psi. It operates in ambient temperatures of 40°F to 119°F, and water temps from 40°F to 90°F. It is also CFC-free and boasts a Global Warming Potential 48% lower than conventional units.
