The Manitowoc IDT0300W-161 Indigo NXT is a commercial ice machine head built to deliver full dice cubes for foodservice operations. Made of stainless steel with a silver finish, it features a Dura Tech exterior that resists corrosion and fingerprints. It measures 30 (W) x 24.5 (D) x 16.5 (H) inches and installs easily over compatible storage bins.
It produces full-size cubes measuring 7/8 x 7/8 x 7/8 inches (W x D x H), with a 24-hour ice production capacity of 305 lbs. This unit runs on 115 V, 60 Hz, 1 phase, and draws 7.9 A, with a maximum fuse size of 15 A. It uses R-410A refrigerant and consumes 4.76 kWh per 100 lbs. of ice. The water-cooled condenser ensures consistent performance.
It operates within an ambient temperature range of 40°F to 110°F and a water temperature range of 40°F to 90°F. The potable water pressure range is 20 to 80 psi, while the condenser water pressure range is 20 to 276 psi. It uses 20 gal of water per day. The drain size is 1/2 in, and the water inlet measures 3/8 in.
