The True TSSU-48-08-HC-SPEC3 is a high-performance commercial sandwich and salad prep table It is made with durable stainless steel exterior and interior along with silver for busy commercial kitchens. The cabinet includes insulation with high-density polyurethane, which maintains cold temperatures and reduces energy use. Its counter-height design makes it comfortable for food prep, while the work surface height of 36" is ideal for efficient workflow.This prep table features 2 solid swing doors with left and right hinges and a self-contained refrigeration system that runs on eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. Its forced-air cooling maintains a consistent 33°F to 41°F to keep food safe. Under one hood, it holds eight 1/6-size pans for toppings or fillings. Below are four PVC-coated wire shelves, each 21.56 x 16 inches, offering ample rust-resistant refrigerated storage.It’s powered by a 1/3 HP compressor and operates at 115v/1ph, 60 Hz power and draws 5.8 amps. It uses a NEMA 5a-15P plug and 11-ft power cord for flexible installation. The rear-mounted, side- and rear-breathing compressor design helps the unit run more efficiently in tight spaces.
