With a stainless steel build, silver finish, and counter-height design, it features one solid swing door, two shelves, and two drawers that accommodate 6" deep full-size pans. Its base style is refrigerated and fully insulated with polyurethane.
Equipped with a mega top, it supports 12 sixth-size pans and includes a 48.37-inch-wide, 11.75-inch-deep cutting board with a 1/2-inch thickness. The prep surface sits at 36 inches high, allowing ergonomic access. The unit has one hood, a left/right hinge configuration, and a self-contained refrigeration system. Rear-mounted 1/3 HP compressor ensures temperatures stay between 33°F to 41°F, using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant.
The door is self-closing for energy efficiency, while forced-air cooling and swing door style ensure consistent interior circulation. Internal shelving is made of PVC-coated wire and the shelf size measures 21.56 x 16 inches. It runs on 115V, 60Hz, 1 phase, and draws 5.8 amps. Plug type is NEMA 5-15P with an 11 ft power cord.
