With a 7 cu. ft. capacity, it provides reliable chilled storage, while the standard top accommodates 8 pans (1/6 size) for convenient ingredient preparation.
This commercial sandwich and salad prep table operates on 115 V, 3.6 A, 1 phase, 60 Hz power with a 3/7 HP compressor. It uses R290 refrigerant for reliable cooling within a consistent 33°F to 40°F temperature range. The unit features a self-closing solid swing door with a 90-degree stay-open function for smooth workflow. The interior is made of stainless steel and comes with 1 adjustable PVC-coated shelf for organized storage.
With dimensions of 27.5" (W) x 29.5" (D) x 41.5" (H), this refrigerated salad table is mounted on 4 heavy-duty casters with brakes, allowing easy mobility and secure placement. The NEMA 5-15P plug supports quick installation. The IceVault Series prep table is ETL and ETL Sanitation listed, meeting industry safety and sanitation standards.
