The solid left-hinged swing door with a magnetic gasket ensures optimal cold retention, while the 28.9" W x 12" D cutting board provides ample space for efficient sandwich and salad preparation. Powered by a 1/5 HP side-mounted, front-breathing compressor, this prep table delivers a cooling capacity of 835 BTU/hr with eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. A copper evaporator and copper-coated condenser ensure efficient heat transfer and long-term reliability.

The Dixell electronic thermostat with digital LED display offers precise temperature control between 33°F and 41°F, while the auto defrost function keeps maintenance simple. It has four 2.5-inch swivel casters with brakes for stability. Measuring 28.9" W × 29.9" D × 43.2" H, the freestanding unit has a work surface height of 36.2" and a total height of 52.3" with casters. The interior includes one PE-coated wire shelf with a 100 lbs. load capacity.
