Product Overview
The Hoshizaki F-450MAJ-C cubelet ice maker is an air-cooled, stainless steel wall in a stainless steel exterior. It is 22" (W) x 27-3/8" (D) x 22" (H) and makes up to 412 lbs. of small cubelet nugget-style ice daily. Two can be mounted side by side for twice the ice making. It is available with bins and dispensers, including models B-250, B-300, B-500, B-700, B-800, B-900, B-1150, B-1300, and B-1650.
The unit runs in an ambient temperature range of 45°F to 100°F and a water temperature range of 45°F to 90°F. Water pressure ranges from 10 to 113 psig. It is charged with R-404A refrigerant at 15.2 oz. (430 g). The heat rejection rate is in BTU/hr. It uses 6.1 kWh per 100 lbs. of ice at 90/70.
It operates on a single-phase 115V/60/1 electrical connection that draws 10.8 amps with a 15A maximum fuse rating. It must be hardwired at installation and has no cord or plug. It offers an infrared bin control for reliability and simplicity of cleaning. The CleanCycle24 design involves a two-second rinse every hour to purge sediment. This unit is not suitable for dispensing applications.
Made in America, it comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty on the entire machine. Compressor and air-cooled condenser coil are covered with a five-year parts warranty.
