The True Refrigeration refrigerated bakery display case is designed for commercial kitchens, bakeries, and food service counters requiring chilled product display. It features powder coated steel, wood, and aluminum construction with a white exterior and curved glass design for product visibility. The unit measures 48.25" (L) x 39" (W) x 49.12" (H), supporting counter placement.
This unit operates with dual temperature zones ranging from 33°F to 41°F, supporting storage of bakery items. It includes 2 rear sliding glass doors with single-pane tempered glass for controlled access. The interior uses white powder-coated CRS and LED lighting for visibility, along with 6 heavy-duty PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves, each holding up to 150 lbs, with cantilever shelf design and 1/2" gap when units are banked.
The display case runs on 115 V, 10 A, 1 phase, 60 Hz with a 1/4 HP system and NEMA 5-15P plug and 8 ft cord.
