The True Refrigeration dry bakery display case is designed for commercial kitchens, bakeries, and food service counters requiring organized dry food display. It features powder coated steel, wood, and aluminum construction with a black exterior and interior, along with a curved glass design for visibility. The unit measures 36.25" (L) x 39" (W) x 49.12" (H), supporting placement in service areas.
This unit includes 2 rear sliding glass doors with single-pane tempered glass for controlled access during food handling. The interior uses powder-coated CRS in black with LED interior lighting for product visibility. It includes 6 heavy-duty PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves, each supporting up to 150 lbs, along with cantilever shelves and a 1/2" gap when units are banked.
The display case operates on 115 V, 10 A, 1 phase, 60 Hz with a 1/4 HP system and NEMA 5-15P plug with an 8 ft power cord. It includes high-density polyurethane insulation, heavy-duty steel frame rails with black powder coating, plastic channel frame type, and leg levelers.
