The True Refrigeration dry bakery display case is designed for commercial kitchen and retail bakery display use. It features a freestanding design with powder coated steel, wood, and aluminum construction in a black finish. The unit measures 36.25" (L) x 39" (W) x 49.12" (H), supporting countertop or floor display setups.
This unit includes 2 rear sliding glass doors made of single-pane tempered glass for access. It has 6 adjustable heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves with a load capacity of 150 lbs per shelf. The interior uses powder-coated CRS with LED lighting, and the curved glass display supports product visibility. It also includes leg levelers for positioning.
It operates on 115 V, 1 phase power with 10 amps and 60 Hz, supported by a 1/4 HP system. It includes a NEMA 5-15P plug with an 8 ft power cord. The unit features cantilever shelves and a 1/2" gap when units are banked. It includes a 3 year limited warranty by the manufacturer and meets cULus, UL EPH, and NSF/ANSI 7 certifications.
