The unit includes 6 cast iron open burners with two ring flame configuration and 1 oven with a stainless steel J-type burner, along with an imported thermostat for control.

Each burner delivers 26,300 BTU/hr, with a total output of 184,800 BTU/hr (NG), while the oven provides 27,000 BTU/hr within a temperature range of 212°F to 572°F. It operates on natural gas with a 3/4" connection and 5" W.C. inlet pressure, using independent pilot ignition per burner. Heavy-duty cast iron grates and metal knobs with heat-resistant grips support operation.

The oven includes 2 nickel-plated racks with dimensions of 26.5" (W) x 22.5" (D) x 14.5" (H). Additional features include anti-clogging lift-off burners with no gaskets or screws, removable crumb tray, and a stainless steel high riser backsplash with shelf.
