The ChefPro Series Ingredient Bin Shelving Kit is designed for commercial kitchen ingredient storage in restaurants, bakeries, and food preparation areas. Constructed from chrome-plated metal with a green epoxy finish, the freestanding unit includes a mobile shelving system with four posts and caster-mounted mobility. It includes four horizontal shelves with a total capacity of 2,400 lbs and 600 lbs capacity per shelf. The assembly-required system includes 10 clip-in shelf bins for ingredient storage and portioning tasks within commercial kitchen operations.The unit is designed with First In First Out (FIFO) functionality for ingredient rotation. The bins include a mix of sizes: five 40-cup bins, three 100-cup bins, and two 200-cup bins.
