The ChefPro Series dish dolly is suitable for restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and other commercial kitchen dish handling areas. It is made of gray polyethylene and measures 42.94" (L) x 28.31" (W) x 31.5" (H). The dish dolly features an adjustable 4- to 8-compartment design with 6 dividers.

The dish dolly features a poker chip design with quick-adjust arms for adjustable capacity. It accommodates plates ranging from 4.5" to 13" in diameter and holds 180–200 plates in 4 stacks or 360–400 plates in 8 stacks.

The unit includes 4 casters, consisting of (2) 5" swivel casters and (2) 10" fixed casters, along with an integrated handle for movement. A vinyl cover is included for covering stored dishes.
