Miyabi 1019806 9" Bread Knife with Pakkawood Handle

Picked up this knife from Horecastore for our sandwich prep station, and it’s been a dream to use. The pakkawood handle gives great grip even during rush hours.

As a hotel pastry chef, I’ve used plenty of bread knives, but this Miyabi stands out.

Man this thing slices bread like butter. I am not kidding, crusty sourdough, soft rolls, cake, everything goes clean. I am slicing full loaves in seconds and my hands are not killing me like before. Definitely makes mornings easier.
