I am on sandwich station, and I swear this spreader saved my sanity during lunch rush. The serrated edge helps me scoop and spread fast without grabbing another tool. It is light, does not bend, and I can bang out trays without slowing down. Solid little thing.

I run catering platters and I use these nonstop for spreads and dips. I like that they do not slip, and the blade is stiff enough to control but not so stiff that it scrapes bowls. It is one of those tools that you forget about until you do not have it. Then you panic.
