The Prepline Single-Burner Gas Wok Range is a natural gas unit built for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food service operations that rely on high-heat wok cooking. The range features a 16-inch ring diameter sized to seat standard commercial woks securely during service. A gradual slope design and rolled front edge guide cookware naturally into position, while the welded stainless steel frame adds structural rigidity at 80 lb. The unit measures 17.5" (L) x 24" (D) x 35.25" (H), giving it a relatively compact footprint for dedicated wok stations. Four adjustable stainless steel legs at 12 inches tall allow leveling on uneven kitchen floors.
