The unit includes a waterfall cooling system backsplash with a backsplash height of 28 in, supporting heat control during operation.
This gas wok range features 1 burner with a 23 tip jet burner or 18 tip duck burner configuration, delivering 125,000 BTU/hr total output. The control type uses a knee "L" lever, supporting hands-free operation during cooking. It operates on gas with compatibility for natural gas and liquid propane and includes a safety pilot valve as part of its safety features.
