Cookline 13" Gas Wok Range, Convertible - 95,000 BTU

The Cookline single-burner gas wok range is designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food service operations that rely on high-output wok cooking. Built from stainless steel with a silver finish, it weighs 71 pounds and stands at 18" (W) x 20.75" (D) x 34" (H), fitting into tight kitchen line configurations without sacrificing output.

At the center of this wok range is a 16" cast iron burner featuring 18 jets and a 13" ring diameter, delivering 95,000 BTU per hour of consistent heat. Ignition is handled by a standby stainless steel pilot, which holds a flame ready between cooking cycles. The convertible gas type means the range works with either natural gas or liquid propane, and the 3/4" NPT rear gas connection keeps hose routing clean along the back of the station.

A gradual slope design around the burner area reduces spill-over during active wok cooking, directing drips toward the full-width crumb tray below for easier cleanup between services. Four stainless steel legs, each 15 inches tall, raise the cooking surface to a workable height and allow clearance for cleaning underneath.
