Product Overview

The RollnServe Series Twin-Steam Hot Dog Cart / Mobile Food Cart is designed for mobile food service, catering, events, and commercial kitchen outreach. It is made in America and uses 304 stainless steel, a uni-body stainless steel frame, and a jet-cut brushed mirror exterior finish.

The cart measures 83" (L) x 48" (W) x 46" (H), with a 34-inch working height. It has a listed 20–16 GA construction, four stainless steel burners, and propane power with a 30 lb concealed propane tank compartment.

Two burners are located under the 24-inch flat-top griddle, with one burner under each of the two steam tables. The griddle has a 1/2-inch plate size and a listed burner input of 12000 BTU. The two steam tables hold 12 food pans, and the cold condiment tray holds three 1/6 poly pans inside the cooler.

The cart features 4 cu. ft. refrigerated storage, 4.66 cu. ft. dry storage, a stainless steel sink, and a self-contained pressurized hot and cold water system with a 10-gallon fresh water tank, 13-gallon grey water tank, thermo-coil hot water line, and quick-drain ball valve.
